Happy New Year!

December was a fun month!

My parents visited us in Tucson! We took them on a tour of UofA. Here they are in front of Old Main, the prettiest building on campus.



We went to Utah the day after Christmas to spend time with the fam, including Jason and Carolyn who just got back from Uruguay.

Here is Brandon with Khali in the Conference Center in Salt Lake. See the statue? Love it!


We celebrated New Year's in Mesa. Craig and Kristina spent the evening with us. They crack me up! Notice their matching iPhones and fashionable attire. Way jel.


We lit off some illegal fireworks at midnight and had a good time playing games and drinking sparkling cider.

Snoop Dogg and Funnel Cake

I love funnel cake. And Brandon loves Snoop Dogg. So naturally it made sense to go to the Arizona State Fair.



Waiting for the concert to start was pretty entertaining. There was an alarming amount of children attending...


So...there was this random person dressed up like a dog that was dancing around on stage during the concert. I couldn't get a very clear picture, but I found it hilarious.

Unfortunately my swag has not improved since the concert.

Go Wildcats

A few weeks ago Brandon and I got invited to tour the McKale Center at U of A and attend the UA vs Oregon game. We got to go to the U of A Hall of Fame and see their sweet championship trophy (by the way, this is probably the ONLY time you will ever see Brandon wearing an Arizona t-shirt!!).

We got to see where the Wildcats play basketball.


We got to go down on the field and watch the players warm up.

I even got my picture with Wilbur!

Unfortunately U of A didn't have their best game...but it was still a good time. :-)
